Educated: Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter, N.H. Came to Canada , 1906; naturalized, 1921. With British Consulate, N.Y., seven years; Manager of Kindel Bed Co., Ltd., Toronto, nine years; joined present firm, 1918. Married Minnie Grace James, daughter of Robert James, June 25, 1902; has one son and two daughters. Clubs: Engineers'; Valois Country Club; Summerlea Golf. Society: A.F. & A.M Royal Victoria, No. 57; St. Patrick's Chapter; Toronto Royal Arch. Recreation: Golf. Conservative. Anglican. Residence: 397 Guy Street, Montreal .
