Started with Canada Paper Co., Toronto, 1881; Manager, Toronto, 1891; General Manager, Montreal and Windsor Mills, since 1902. Mayor, Windsor Mills, 1907-1908. Member, Canadian Manufacturers' Assoc.; President, Canadian P. & P. Assoc., 1919; Chairman, Windsor School Board. Has contributed articles to various magazines. Married Elizabeth C. Van Vliet, daughter of W. H. Van Vliet, Lacolle, Que., 1914. Clubs: Royal Canadian Yacht (Toronto); Royal Montreal Golf; St. James's; Art (Montreal); St. Francis Golf, St. George's ( Sherbrooke ); Windsor Golf. Recreations: Yachting, golf. Independent. Anglican. Address: Windsor Mills, Que.
