Wakomichi lake

 

Wakomichi lake, in Mistassini territory, Quebec, south of Mistassini lake, into which it discharges, and four miles from Chibougamau lake. Its water is clear and cold. The forest around the lake has been largely destroyed by fire. The soil on the shore is. good, with the exception of that on the south-east side, which is rocky. The lake is 24 miles long and from 1 to 4 miles wide.
