His Majesty's Senior Trade Commissioner in Canada and Newfoundland, 285 Beaver Hall Hill, Montreal. Born York, England , April 5, 1882 , son of Rev. G. Dalton, D.D. Educated: Grammar School, Leeds, England. Home Civil Service (Board of Trade, 1900-14; War Office, 1914; Ministry of Munitions, 1915). H.M. Trade Commissioner in New Zealand , 1916-1923. Secretary to Commission of Investigation into affairs of British Empire Exhibition, Dec., 1922; appointed H. M. Senior Trade Commissioner in Canada and Newfoundland , Feb., 1923. Married Louise Bonney, daughter of the late A. L. Bamberger, 1912; has one son. Clubs: Devonshire, London ; Savage, London. Recreation: Golf. Address: Montreal.
