Clearwater lake

 

Clearwater lake, a body of water, with an area of 478 square miles, in Ungava district, Quebec. It is drained by the Clearwater river westward into Hudson bay at Richmond lake. There is also a Clearwater lake in Digby county, Nova Scotia ; and there are two lakes of this name in British Columbia, one the source of the North Thompson river, and the other in the Cariboo district.
