Arthabaska County

Arthabaska, county, is in southern Quebec, and is bounded by Drummond, Nicolet, Megantic, Wolfe, and Richmond counties. For electoral purposes it has long been united with Drummond county. It is drained by the Nicolet river and its branches. Its largest town is Victoriaville ; but the county seat is Arthabaska. Pop. 30,039 [in 1948].
