Director, Nesbitt, Thomson & Co., Ltd., Bond and Investment Securities, 145 St. James Street, Montreal. Born St. John, N.B., Nov. 23rd, 1890, son of George H. and Ella E. (McAvity) Flood. Educated: Rothesay School, Rothesay, N.B. Junior, Royal Bank, St. John, N.B., 1907-1910; in 1910 joined J. M. Robinson & Son, St. John and Montreal, as Bond Salesman, remaining until 1912; joined the Royal Security Corporation as Bond Salesman, 1912; with the Eastern Trust Co., 1914-1919, in the following capacities: opened up branch office in Charlottetown, P.E.I.; later became Asst. Manager at Head Office, Halifax; Manager, Montreal Office, 1918-1919; joined Nesbitt, Thomson & Co., Ltd., 1919, as Sales Manager; appointed Director, 1920. Director, Canadian Manhassett Cotton Co.; Director, The Eastern Trust Co. Married Alice E. Green, St. John, N.B., Nov., 1914. Clubs: Montreal Indoor Tennis; Mount Royal Tennis; St. James's; Canada; Halifax. Independent in Politics. Anglican. Residence: 430 Clarke Ave., Montreal.
