Born Rock Ferry, Cheshire, England, son of William Fisk and Amelia Young Mathews. Educated: Bewdley Public School, Worcestershire, England. Married Sarah Foster Lindsay, Nov. 5, 1892. Clubs: Montreal Club; Hermitage Country Club; Kanawaki Golf; Dorval Yacht. Society: St. James' Literary Society. Recreations: Travel, golf, music, reading. Conservative. Anglican.
