Sisters of the Holy Cross and the Seven Dolours
Sisters of the Holy Cross and the Seven Dolours. The Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross was founded in 1841 at Ste. Croix du Mans, Fiance, by the Very Rev. Father Moreau. It was first established in Canada at St. Laurent in 1847 through the efforts of Mgr. Bourget. It is engaged in education.
