Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi
Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi. This Congregation was founded at Lyon, France, in 1838, by Anne Roulet. It undertakes the education of young girls, the direction of orphanages, and the care of the sick. The congregation was first established in Canada in 1904. It has several houses in the province of Quebec.
