Sisters of Hope
Sisters of Hope (Soeurs de l'Espérance). The Sisters of Hope are a branch of the Holy Family of Bordeaux, founded in 1820 by Canon Pierre Bienvenu Noailles. Their mission is to nurse the sick in their own homes. These Sisters were called to Montreal in 1901 by Mgr. Bruchési, and to Quebec in 1903 by Cardinal Bégin. They had in 1946 five houses in Canada.
