Phelps Johnson
Johnson, Phelps (1850-1926), civil engineer, was born in the United States in 1850, and came to Canada in his early days as engineer for the Toronto Bridge Company. He rose to be an outstanding bridge-builder, and he was the architect of the famous Quebec bridge. He died at Montreal on February 20, 1926. Source : W.
