Educated: Montreal High School ; Abingdon School; McGill University (B.Sc., M.E.). Began business career with Canadian Ingersoll Rand Co., Ltd., as Manager of Toronto branch in 1900; appointed Manager, Montreal office, 1902; General Sales Manager, 1910, and Director of same Company, 1918; resigned to accept present position, Jan., 1920. Married Florence Hilda Hall, daughter of Joseph Goddard Hall, Port Hope, Ont., June 24, 1903; has one daughter. Clubs: University; Hermitage Country; Kanawaki Golf; Associate Member, Engineering Institute of Canada; Member, Canadian Mining Institute; Rotary Club, Montreal. Recreation: Golf. Liberal. Protestant. Residence: 756 Sherbrooke St. W., Montreal.
