Jules Fabien Gingras
Gingras, Jules Fabien (1829?-1884), author, was born about 1829, and became a translator on the staff of the Canadian House of Commons. He died at Ottawa on February 6, 1884. He was the author of a Manuel des expressions vicieuses les plus fréquentes (Quebec and Ottawa, 1861; 2nd ed., Ottawa, 1867; 3rd ed., 1880). Source : W.
