Doyon, Chief Clerk, Inland Revenue Department, Ottawa, Traymore Apts., 362 Friel St., Ottawa, and F. Melanson, of Joliette, Que. Educated: Ottawa University; McGill University; studied Civil Engineering at McGill, 1910-11. Started as Clerk, Ottawa Office, Metropolitan Life Ins. Co., March 12, 1912 ; promoted to Asst. Manager, Ottawa Office, Nov., 1914; Manager, Hull Office, Nov. 4, 1918 ; Superintendent of Agencies of the Metropolitan Life Ins. Co., for the Dominion of Canada, Jan. 1, 1922 ; residence and office in New York City . Lived in Ottawa , 1891 to 1918; Hull , 1918 to 1922. First President, Hull Rotary Club, 1921, and now Honorary Member; President, Hull Hockey Club, 1921; Chairman, Re-organization Committee, Hull Board of Trade, 1920; Captain of Teams, Patriotic Fund Drive, Hull, 1918; worked on Civil Service Team, Ottawa, Victory Loan Drive, 1919; also every year that Victory Loan took place. Secretary of the Life Underwriters Assoc. of Ottawa , 1916; Vice-President, 1917. Married Thérèse St. Louis, daughter of Horace St. Louis, K. C., Advocate, Montreal, Nov. 18, 1914 ; has two sons and two daughters. Clubs: Rotary; ex-Member, Ottawa Canoe Club, Britannia Boating Club. Society: K. of C. Recreations: Golf, fishing, hunting; played hockey in Ottawa and at McGill. Roman Catholic. Residence: New York City , N.Y.
